The Profile of a Modern Teacher
            Others says that 21st century teachers are not experts in technology – they are experts in habits of mind. Maybe because of the rapid change of technology regarding on promoting quality teaching-learning process so some teachers have difficulty to cope up with the rapid change because they were used to some habits of mind.  Some modern teachers see themselves as co learners, not teachers because they are still in the process of learning or adjusting from the development of technology when it comes to teaching-learning process. They need also to step outside their comfort zone in order to practice and demonstrate proficiency in the development and utilization of ICT in promoting quality teaching-learning process. Embrace change and allow yourself to fail often, practice makes good because there is no such perfect. Allow your students to teach each other because some students knows something or has an idea to share with their colleagues. Let them collaborate and share their ideas and build a good friendship.

Change Your Words – Change Your Mindset
            How to deal with the negative mindset? Simply by changing negative thoughts to positive one. Always think it in a positive way. You cannot be able to do some activity if you keep on saying that “You cannot do it/you are just going to give up on it” without trying first because you are already thinking that you cannot. But instead of saying that you cannot, why don’t you just try it first, maybe you are just precede by your fear or nervousness. It’s just a matter of believing in yourself/in your own capability to do something/perform a task. Do not underestimate yourself, try harder or strive more for your development. You just have to believe that you can. Instead of saying that “I give up”, you say “If others can, I can do better!” Do not be afraid because we are guided by Our Father in heaven and if you feel empty/down, seek the presence of God and he will provide your emptiness.
